Next Level Auto Electric

I usually go to the dealer for my VW but I have an older model car and the dealer could not fix the issue. I brought it to another auto shop who advised it was an electrical issue that needed an electrical specialist to look at it. They gave me a recommendation, but it was too far from my house so I went to Google reviews !! Next level Auto has excellent reviews with a lot of details so I felt comfortable bringing it there. Willie and his team helped me and everyone was super responsive and honest. The team really knows cars and more importantly they have a great appreciation for automobiles. My car had a complex issue that nobody could really fix and they took the time to diagnose it correctly and fix it. They kept me updated and did their best to finish the job in a timely manner. Very honest shop. These guys have a will to help, and when I broke down, they came to me, got me running to get to their shop and quickly had an ongoing issue resolved. They will be my new go to for now on.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience this morning! I showed up last minute without an appointment to ask about getting my brakes fixed, and Willy got me in right away. I arrived around 9 a.m., and by 11 a.m., the job was completely done - fast, efficient, and high quality. Even better, the cost was very reasonable, which is hard to find these days. It's rare to find someone this reliable and accommodating. Highly recommend! Thank you very much!
