Next Level Auto is my one stop shop for anything my vehicles need. Otis is very knowledgeable and a master at his craft. 5 stars! In the automotive service industry, transparency along with knowledge and experience are key drivers of customer satisfaction. Next level transparently shares pictures and video while working on my vehicles, and also explains the issue, diagnosis, cost and options in terms I understand. I had an embarrassing brake squeal with my lexus. Without even looking, next level said it’s most likely because another shop failed to use the proper brake shims and pads. I gave them the job and they were right, problem solved! Another example, they replaced the transmission fluid, differentials, and transfer case fluid, and my 6yr old truck is shifting and running like it’s brand new.
