Miguel and his team are well beyond any level of auto repair I’ve ever experienced. They take care of our Mercedes Benz and our Jeep Wrangler better than we’ve experienced at dealerships. This is just fact. And the pricing is always unbeatable. I would trust Next Level with any auto for any repair.

Do not trust this place. We paid $640 for a new o2 sensor and other repairs back in April. It still was having the same issues and then didn’t pass inspection and the mechanics at the inspection place said the o2 sensor is faulty. They refused to do anything to fix the situation and had me drive in to tell me that after telling me on the phone to bring it in and they’ll look at it. They didn’t even look at the car or pull up my record, knowing I had to take a day off work to drive out there I think they thought I just wouldn’t come. Absolutely beyond disappointing. We chose to support them because they are new in town and we believe in small business. But Save your money and go anywhere else.

Don’t take your Vehicle to this damn place they RIP OFFS…Paid lots of money to repair my Honda Civic and had to take it elsewhere because the exhaust wasn’t welded properly and the head gasket was not done properly..I paid the owner $500 because he said the catalytic converter I have was no good so I paid him to get one and he installed the one he got and so I cleared the check engine it keeps coming back…and when I call or text the owner he leaves me on read and not responding to my text or call…

I brought my truck here a couple weeks ago because of a low oil pressure issue, they replaced the sensor and it’s been good since. If I have other issues in the future, I would definitely take it back here. The manager was friendly, professional and understanding. Definitely recommend.

The team installed a faulty sensor and did not give us a replacement because it was not under warranty even though the part only purchased less than a year ago.
