Nextcar was great and made the renting process smoother. Isidro Lopez helped us get the car and he was very friendly and good to work with. Definitely rent car again from them.

My experience with Nextcar was easy. Called ahead explained my needs and just like that I had a car to use for all that I have to do. Both of our cars were in the shop but life just does not stop. Thank you Nextcar

First time, I was well attended to pick up and return the car, I will rent more times before traveling to Brazil. I washed the car and even returned it with a full tank even though I received the car with a less than full tank.

I had a very bad experience with them and I have rented in the past. The car was not clean and I drove off the lot with the tire pressure gauge on and my husband stopped to put air in the tire. I had the car for nine days and when I drove back on the lot the gauge came on. I was told that my 250 deposit would be held. My account is now -250.00 and I as of today I have not received my deposit. This is my first and last time that I will rent from them and I do not recommend them to anyone.

I booked through Expedia. The team at next car kept 250 dollars for precautionary tickets. The next day , they put about 20 dollars on my card. Days after I returned it they charged me about 45 dollars because I picked it up around 3p and returned at 12 n . They said that my appointment 1030 to 1030 on Expedia. I had talk to them if there was any problem picking up and returning at that time. They were ok with it and did not mention an another charge. I have seen no return of my money yet.
