I travel for work and rent weekly. I am using this location as I am getting car repairs. This location or maybe this company has no sense of customer service. Not one smiling face. People on their phones. Dreary office space. They made the customer wait up to the minute to initiate his rental...unheard of for a 10 min difference.

Worst experience ever dealing with any business that I have experienced. The lady who says she was from ethiopia and her male coworker, who told her to stop assisting me, after asking for verification of insurance that I had already provided, receiving proof two times before through email through phone calls the whole process took over three 1/2 hours all because they claim they could not understand what they were reading that had been handed to them. I eventually left and went to another company that could both read and understand what they were looking at as well as understanding the insurance agent on the phone that they called who was explaining in detail my coverage for my vehicle. These two individuals who worked until close on Friday January 9, 2026 should not work without a mana

Lack of clear communication regarding a nail in the tire that caused a minor leak. No documented pictures, no update on repair costs. Called them thrice looking for any updates. Never got info. Had been renting regularly from this location. I’ve chosen another provider. Rarely leave bad reviews, this one was warranted.

Booked a full-size car on 11/6/2025, and that 2025 Hyundai Sonata drove so smooth that for a minute I thought I was still in my Lexus. One of the things I love most about renting from this location is the team. Even with the new guy, the customer service is top-notch — a big reason I keep coming back, and trust me, I rent often. I highly recommend them. The reasonable prices are another reason I stay loyal. And finally, I really appreciate that they take pictures when the car is returned. I have proof, they have proof — the vehicle is documented as coming back with normal wear and tear. No more, no less.

The car was out of wiper fluid, And the maintenance warning was on, so we had to take it back and make sure everything was OK, that took over an hour, we should’ve gotten credit for that time. My wife the extra driver was charged eight dollars per day. They should’ve let us put the contract under her name to save 80.00. Nice New Camry 2024 with 6000 miles on it.
