I’m literally standing in line with one person ahead of me to pick up parts for the company I work for … why is this taking so long. I hate coming here. It’s a full day event just waiting to get help. Train your customer service better please or hire more ppl
Mr West was a very good salesman. Very professional. Knowledgeable when I asked him a question. Any service I needed done to the truck he sends me to the nearest shop ..the shop work was excellent they moved me to the front as quickly as possible great service there too.
Called in for some parts. They got the parts number right but pulled the wrong part. Rectified the situation and I was on my way.
Reliable clean Truck rentals. Rental Agent at Macon, GA location is wonderful. Very professional, courteous, always willing to help and go the extra mile.
I would not recommend this place. Their service prices are too high. I spent $5,400 for a bunch of things that they said I needed to fix my truck and it still wasn't fixed. They are playing the guessing game and want you to pay for it. RUN TO ANOTHER SHOP THAT'S NOT CHARGING THESE RIDICULOUS PRICES
