I am an international customer who have been dealing with Mr. Ramon Santana for a few years and he has always come through for me. Whenever I ask about a part or a quote, he responds immediately. Just this week, I ordered a part that was not in stock, but the part came the following day and is now ready for shipment. Thanks Ramon and Nextran for your excellent service, especially to the international community.

These guys were awesome! We limped in on our way through Miami, luckily never got into a derate. They got us right in and got our system running again. They communicated through the whole process, and even though it took several more days than expected the whole experience was great. Ralph and his team gave us amazing service! Top notch!

I went to get parts a couple weeks ago and I sat at the counter for 20 mins while 3 available parts clerks did everything else but ask what I needed. One finally asked for my vin and what part I was looking for then went back to doing what he was doing previously. I just walked out. If you don’t like your job or don’t want to be there then just leave or find another job.
