After a couple quick conversations I was in my vehicle and made the 4 hour trip to the dealership to pick up my brand new vehicle. At the dealership everyone was more than excited to congratulate me on my new purchase. After the deal was done I still had questions which were directed and answered immediately without any hesitations. Niagara Chrysler has surpassed my expectations. My 2016 Jeep Cherokee Overland, has an aggressive shift to the transmission. So I just wanted to make sure everything is running smoothly by running diagnostics. As soon as I called, they were very welcoming. A lady named Linda at service was able to get me booked within a few minutes of me contacting them. 1-2 days before the appointment, they sent me an SMS explaining what to expect and where to go upon my arrival for my drop-off. When they needed to keep it an extra day, I was contacted my Joe, was explained the issue very clearly. Mind you, they kept it there longer to diagnose the issue upon a cold start. The wife wants to trade her jeep in for a Rubicon. Frank, the salesman, walked me through what they currently have, prices, etc etc

The service department was super helpful in completing a motor for wiper blades. went above and beyond of driving to different dealership to pick up party. Kennedy and his team are knowledgable and reliable. highly recommend !
