Disappointing After-Sales Service – Would Not Recommend I recently purchased a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe from Niagara Hyundai, and I’m extremely disappointed with their after-sales service. When I first saw the car, there were some spots on it. The salesman assured me that they would fix it before delivery. Unfortunately, they did not follow through. On the day of pickup, the salesman told me that a touch-up pen would be delivered to my address to address the issue. It has now been over a month, and I still haven’t received it. I reached out to the dealership two weeks ago, and they promised it would be sent out by last week. Still nothing. Their lack of professionalism and follow-through is unacceptable. If I had known their after-sales service would be this poor, I would have never bought

I haven't purchased a car here but I do my service here and they're pretty good! I see them with the other customers in the waiting area being honest and doing them right. I've never had an issue myself either. They're light on the upsells and I definitely recommend as a person who knows a thing or two about cars! I have a Veloster Turbo and the service managers are always a bit excited to see it. Fun to see people working there that express an interest in that fun little car coming from a car person myself. Good to see real car people working at a dealership

I can’t say enough great things about Niagara Hyundai. The staff is awesome. They take the time to work with me and my issues. I’m disabled and in no time at all they got me a car that I could get in and out of. Peace of mind. The whole staff worked with me from service, sales, finance, parts. I will always buy or lease from them. Awesome job and will also recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you again for everything you do for me.

The whole staff was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! I've been going to Niagara Hyundai to have my old Sonata serviced for years, including some major mechanical work. From service, to sales, I've had nothing but a great experience all around. I worked with RJ on my most recent car purchase, even with a wrench being thrown in the process, RJ and the staff handled it with grace and worked with me throughout the entire process! I can't recommend them enough! I'm excited to get back on the road with this new car!
