I recently had the pleasure of working with Tobi at Nice auto body! I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and transparent about the repair process. They took the time to explain everything in detail, provided a clear estimate, and kept me updated throughout the process. The attention to detail and craftsmanship truly reflect their commitment to excellence. Not only was the repair completed on time, but they also went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect before returning the vehicle to me. I highly recommend nice auto body to anyone in need of professional, reliable, and high-quality auto body repair. Their customer service and dedication to their work are truly top-notch.

Had a freeway fender bender and ended up getting my car towed here... best accident decision I’ve ever made! The owner and team were awesome and totally saved my crummy day. Friendly, fast, and made the whole mess way less stressful. I’m really hoping I don’t see them again anytime soon (in the nicest way possible), but if my car pulls another stunt, this place will 100% be my go-to.. Thanks a ton.

When I discovered our dear Mr. Sato sold his business to the Nice Body Shop people, I was hesitant to use them because I didn't know them. However, I was in a bind and didn't feel I had any other acceptable option at the time. My car tangled with a 9 foot metal pipe on the freeway and was in bad shape with extensive engine damage. Toby expertly helped me navigate the process of helping me get my car repaired. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and listened to and addressed my concerns as they arose. She helped me with my insurance and rental car. The repairs to my vehicle were handled expertly (both body and engine) and Toby followed-up afterwards to make sure my car was still in working order after I had driven it a few days.

The "Nice" unfortunately is just in the name. Rude owner and staff. Edit: now you're worried about proving good customer service lol maybe consider that in the first interaction you have

I took my Toyota to get serviced, and it was excellent service, not to mention very honest and fair. The staff is also very friendly.
