FURIOUS! AVOID THIS GUY! My brother recommended Tom to me, saying he had nothing but great experiences with him. So when my air conditioning went out, I called and spoke directly to Tom. I was clear that my work schedule was extremely tight, but that I wanted to see him as soon as I was able. He was really loosy-goosey about his time ("right now, I've got two cars ahead of you"), so I asked if I could make an appointment. He said, "It's hard for me to do that". So I asked about the chances of coming first thing today. He said that was fine. I then asked if I should call ahead. He said I could do that.
