If I could give 0, I would. Customer service was awful. But I’m very grateful that Christy was rude bc she saved me a lot of time, hassle, and money. Not to mention I would recommend never going here. I called to schedule an appointment and she was disgustingly rude like I was inconveniencing her, then she hung up on a paying customer. Kudos to the owner who keeps such a rotten person in their store. One apple spoils the bunch. You forget, first impressions last a lifetime. Christy should be fired for the way she treats and talks to paying customers. What a disgrace

Generally great service. However, they called me at the end of the day on Friday to say my car would not be ready until Monday. This was after I spoke to them on Thursday and got confirmation that the car would be ready the next day. I need to use Uber all weekend long because I simply needed the car, and they are not open to do the work on weekends. I’d give a higher number of stars on this review if they had delivered my car on the day they had promised.

I received an email from this shop for a $40 off coupon. When making the reservation I told the front desk associate about the coupon and service I needed…they assured this will be just fine. Upon picking up my vehicle I was not given a discount and had to pay full price (not a single word of fine print on the solicitation). The manager said they don’t honor coupons on oil changes…why are they accepting my reservation? I told the front desk associate about the required service AND the coupon. AVOID this place, they are running an email coupon phishing scam to drum up business on their declining operation.

I am so proud to let these skilled technicians take care of my car. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and explain what they are doing or need to do right down to a "t". Jason and Bill have given my car the highest standard of care. I highly recommend them and also, Kristy in the front of the house is the absolute bomb! You'll love them ALL! Nurse Lynn

Ken's explained clearly what was wrong with my car, gave me an estimate that was reliable, and returned my car before promised. I'm so lucky they're in my neighborhood. Always honest and dependable.
