My husband and I were traveling from Gulfport MS to Portland Maine. Our truck started shaking and with a long ways still to go we didn't want to chance it. We were pulling my car and traveling with our two large dogs. Before Nicols even looked at our vehicle they offered to pick the part up if we had to order one and even said they would come in Saturday when they were closed to get us back on the road. Thank god we didn't have to do any of that. They were able to find the problem quickly and had us back on the road. I can't thank the 3 gentlemen enough for their kindness and help. They were not only kind but very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Excellent, knowledable staff. Great communication and friendly.
