I couldn’t be happier with the work they did on my vehicle. The quality of the repair was outstanding everything looks flawless and better than new. They were professional, communicated clearly throughout the process, and completed the job right on schedule. It’s hard to find shops that combine craftsmanship with reliability like this. Highly recommend!

They did an excellent job on my vehicle. I had a comprehensive claim. Jim was very good about working with my insurance company. He even handled my rental extension. And kept me updated the whole time they had my car. Whoever did the work did a wonderful job. They replaced the bumper, headlight, front passenger side quarter panel, and some other miscellaneous stuff. They painted it and did a great job blending it in. I didn't notice any problems with the paint job at all it was perfect. The car came out looking like it was never damaged. The price of the job was fair, consistent with inflation. I would highly recommend using their services. It did take a while for them to get my car into the shop, but that's only because they were booked solid. Jim worked with me to help me accrue less tim

I had a bolt hit the door on my vehicle that had cut into the metal in the door. Everyone involved in the process was awesome to deal with and my vehicle was repaired like it was brand new. There isn’t a better place than Nick’s.

I am absolutely and completely overly satisfied with the work that Nicks Auto Body did on my car. They restored it to brand new status and their customer service was amazing. They kept me informed every step of the way with any delays with shipments and were always very nice on the phone. The cherry on top was that they even cleaned the inside of my car, which I was not expecting at all! Thank you guys so much for all of your amazing hard work!

I hit a deer with my car and it needed towed, and it went to Nicks Auto in New Castle. Customer service/front desk was amazing and so nice. I got updates during the repair. My car was done a few days sooner than anticipated, much appreciated! Nicks did a great job and would highly recommend!
