Nick's Auto Repairs

Had a oil leak "repaired" by Nick Auto. Automobile still leaks!!! When informed that it will be ooked t for repairs, no show and no answering phone calls. Broken promises for scheduled repair dates. Go to the shop, no one there and do not answer phone calls. Numerous excuses... no repairs to work that was so called done

One star is generous. "Nick" has had my vehicle since the last week in June, and $1600 of my money for parts 47 excuses later and still no truck. It's my work vehicle. Going on 6 weeks. His phones are turned off every Monday and Friday. Every Thursday for 5 weeks I've been told tomorrow for sure you'll have it.

Still a five star review after 3 years and 4 trips to Nick's for service/work. The owner, 'Nick,' is nothing short of an automotive genius. He knows everything about anything automotive, bumper to bumper. Four times now he has correctly diagnosed the part and problem just from listening to my describing the signs/noise, feel, smell, and observations. He would then take it for a test drive to confirm his diagnoses. The same thing happened today. It was an exhaust problem. He described what was happening and how it was causing the signs that I could hear, smell, and feel. He recommended that I take it to a muffler shop and REFUSED TO TAKE ANY MONEY for his time and effort. A truly great man. Always on point and reasonable prices, fixed my ac and found my radiator was busted thank God for Richie he's always checking top to bottom and makes sure your vehicle is safe . This mommy appreciates him so much i will always recommend him.

Many mechanical shops that I have run across always are trying to find ways to screw you over to get as much money as they can. Not Nick. I have been a valued customer since 2008. I know that they will not only find the issue with my car, but I can always expect honest advice and recommendations from them as well. This is hands down my go-to auto repair shop and I think it should be yours as well.
