Nick's Smog Check

Brought Jeep in after my go to guy refused to smog, big tires, whole different story. This place was hesitant at first and gave me the low-down up front, 100 regardless if it passes or not, it was like gambling. My Jeep has passed 10 plus smogs in last 20 yrs due to every other year and age. It sucks because have to find a shop to do because the big tires every 4 yrs or so, must be some weird policy change in Sacramento randomly. Side-note, my Jeep is re-geared so it has factory rpm's. It passed easily like always. Thanks for taking it in and giving my poor girl a chance to prove herself. Honestly, reason for post is to prove it passed and can refer back to this in two yrs when due again, not be scared of the big ol' mean, tires. 4 stars due to the hesitancy and low-down. I swear my

The old man that works at the front desk is slower than rocks I own a Silverado that has dual electric fans to a switch and I told him at the desk hey let me come and start the truck for you but he went and did it anyways and blew my coolant line the person I talked to over the phone was amazing but when I get to the shop absolutely slow in the head

With the sign posted "No surcharge for debit cards the cashier charged me a $2 service charged for using my debit card anyway. When I brought it to his attention about the posted sign, he said well it's a card and he will take it down. He couldn't get the sign down. Buy this time he had swiped my card. It was only $2 but it was my $2. That's not how you treat customers. By the end of the day there's no telling how much cash he's collected. What a way of doing business. Nick has always been my go to smog check, never had any problem before.
