Nicky Auto of Valdese is hands down one of the best car dealerships I’ve worked with. The staff was honest, friendly, and never tried to pressure me into a sale. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything clearly. The vehicles were clean, well-maintained, and priced fairly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth car-buying experience.

First of all I want to thank freddy who assist us with making a decision & for is excellent customer service & for Alex the mechanic who drove with us & gave us his honest advice... I would give NickyAuto 10 stars if I could, they have a wonderful selection of vehicles and a welcoming environment... I would recommend this place to anyone.

Knowledgeable staff. Not very courteous for car salesmen but overall clean inside the store and the parking lot isn't cluttered. I highly suggest you take whatever car you're looking at buying to an independent mechanic and let them look it over

Freddy was hands down the easiest car salesman that I have ever worked with I walked in with no car and left driving off the lot in under a hour highly recommend checking them out if your inthe market for a vehicle
