Niello Collision Center

Had an absolutely amazing/5-star experience with Niello Collision!! Especially with Alex who oversaw my repairs from start to finish! Alex is so kind and friendly and was so great about calling and emailing me every time there was an update on my vehicle. He also managed the repair costs with my insurance very well/quickly. It is rare to have people care and be as thorough as Alex is nowadays. Not to mention, the final result looks amazing and my car was detailed, which is such a nice perk! I really felt taken care of here and I will never go anywhere else (although, I hope I never have to come back! lol). Thanks, again!!!

I just can't thank Jeffrey Douglass and his team enough! My spoiler fell off and was hanging by a cord while I was driving. I called them and they took my car in right away and helped me find a solution when my insurance said they would not pay for the repairs. They got my car back in beautiful driving condition at a price that I could afford and in record time. I wont go anywhere else for my bodywork needs.

We specifically (and loyally) followed General Manager, Amber Seruge from Mel Rapton Honda to Niello Collision Center and for good reason! Once again Amber and her team efficiently, precisely, and effortlessly offered incredible repair service to our Honda. Even though Niello Collision Center was not in our auto insurance service network, Amber's team immediately received approval from our insurance company to proceed with the work. The Niello family obviously embrace CUSTOMER FIRST values - We'll never go anywhere else!!!
