Niello Volkswagen Service Center

Very pleased with Rob and the entire service team at Niello VW. This is my second consecutive GLI, and my 4th sevice experience. Not only are they truly professional in their interaction with customers, but they are also timely with their work, accomodating with a loaner or rental car, but they are eager to please as well. A special shout out to Ron who went above and beyond to contact and negotiate with my 3rd party extended warranty company so that I didn't have to. He managed to get the repair covered completely so I didn't have to come out of pocket at all and, most importantly, I didn't have to take time out of my busy work schedule to deal with it. Thanks Ron, and your whole team for a very commendable job. 😊10 out-of 10!

This dealership deserves negative stars. They say one price no negotiation, use cargurus or auto trader, you can see them drop the prices on their used cars during the week(s). After spending an entire week and a big part of my Saturday morning dealing with their salesman Jordan, we agreed on an arrival time and a hold on a vehicle. They stated they could do a hold, I was coming in with cash or willing to finance with more than excellent credit, we notified Jordan of our arrival time, he failed to mention they were already working with someone else. Had Jordan or anyone else at the dealership a shred of honesty or integrity, they could have told us that they already working on a deal. Stay away from this dealership, not worth the headache.

I have good feedback for niello. The staff that helped me, Ryann, was very friendly and informative. There's coffee and water while you wait. There were snacks this time around! Not sure if that's a new feature, but it's good if it is! I was communicated with on the length of time and where they were in the process. Pretty sure I chit chatted with the owner. He didn't introduce himself but he was nice and wanted an unsolicited opinion of my Jetta. I think he said "it's betta with a Jetta!" Anyway, good experience. I'm feeling betta with my Jetta.

I buy all my beauties from Niello from their amazing salespeople, get serviced by their legit service team, and recently sold to their amazing buyer. The nicest, chillest, hardworking-est staff. Very few places earn your loyalty - Niello VW is one of them. Thanks, guys. Appreciate you all so much.

This was the first time I contacted Volkswagen regarding an issue with the intake manifold on my Golf MK6 GTI. To my surprise, Scott, the General Manager at VW, informed me that my car had an extended warranty I wasn’t aware of. The repair was completed quickly, within a single day, and I was able to take my car home. The entire service was free of charge. I really appreciate this, especially since many shops today charge even for a simple computer diagnostic.
