Wonderful experience! I was referred by another garage that could not get me in. The team at Niel’s took a look and fixed me on the spot! I could not be more appreciative of everyone there. From the front desk to the mechanics, everyone was kind and sympathetic to my situation. “We just want you to be safe”. I will certainly return for whatever automotive needs I have. Neil's is our favorite garage. Always great service in a timely fashion. Knowledge and kind and HONEST. My car needed a a few things for a sticker and Neil's did not disappoint. They are affordable also. Love love love this place.

We were on vacation and our car started to have engine issues. After calling a few places, Neil was the only place that could even possibly get to that week. After dropping my car off, they made no guarantees but would try to get to it that week but did say they would try their best. Luckily they were able to fix it the next day. Neils was in contact the whole time and called for approval of the repair. Very happy overall and grateful for their help in a very frustrating situation.

My son and I went for an inspection sticker today. First come first serve from 8-9am. Fantastic customer service, this is my go to auto center 💙
