Niemeyer Trailer Sales

We purchased a used 2022 Lance 2075 from Niemeyer Trailer Sales in 9/25. A month later the refrigerator did not work on 12v or propane. It did work on 120v. On rv forums there are horror stories about rv refrigerators. We brought our rv back to Niemeyers and they fixed both issues - bad lp gas valve and loose wire for 12v. Mitchell and Brian even showed us where the issues were on our rv. They fixed it in less than 3 hours. Our warranty plan paid for the repairs. I highly recommend Niemeyers for their sales and service departments.

I can’t say enough good about the quality of both Niemeyer trailer and the wolf creek camper I bought from them. Josh was very responsive with anything and everything I asked of him and he was very patient with me. And the team there followed up on all promises. The service department did a wonderful job showing me the camper and giving me the best hints on using it. And I believe that no truck camper measures up to the quality and comfort and user friendliness of Northwood. I appreciate the pride behind the building and selling of them. I will use this camper and when it’s time to upgrade I will be back to see them.

We bought our first camper yesterday and I cannot say enough about our purchase experience. From sales, to finance, to service they have a great team of friendly and knowledgeable employees. I highly recommend this place, especially for first time buyers like us.

Hands down one of the best experiences we have had. Josh showed us exactly what was in our price range, he let us have time to go through everything by ourselves and was there when we had questions. Jason was an absolute blast. He made us feel so comfortable and was very enjoyable to talk with. If we upgrade in the future we will definitely come back & if I ever need a Mazda ill make sure to text Jason ;) - Thank you guys for everything - We will be enjoying our beautiful camper on Toad Lake!

I believe the 5 star reviews on this site because I have had a similar experience. We bought a 5th wheel camper and like other people were new to owning a camper. We also had some issues with minor imperfections in the camper but once again Nieymeyer Trailer Sales staff made things perfect. Tim and Mitchell have outstanding customer service skills and make it easy to give a 5 star review. They listened to my concerns and dealt with them to my satisfaction.
