Niese Tire & Auto Service Center - Ada

I'm very pleased with niese tire. I've needed two different trailer tires that I didn't think I would find. They did a great job mounting them on rims that were suspect at best. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the crew when they completed an oil change. Was able to get schedule and did not have to wait when I arrived. Will definitely be back!

Terrible customer service. Went for an oil.change. Air was low on my tires. John said "I' put air in your tires, you'll have to drive it several miles for it to register." IT'S DIGITAL. WHY did he lie! Then charged me for windshield fluid that I didn't ask for. Never going back. Pretty sure I got this treatment because I'm a woman. 90 dollar oil change!!!!

John was awesome. I am the dad of a student at ONU. I am 4 hours away. I called and John immediately made me feel confident about them taking care of my daughter's car and they did a great job. You don't know how much I appreciate them.

Had my car serviced and was they fixed what I needed fixed without trying to sell me additional services. Tech did let me know an estimate of how much brake life I have left without upselling a brake job. Called to tell me my 4 wheel alignment would take longer than expected and they still stuck to the original quoted price. I trust them enough to bring my vehicle back in the future. Car drives like it’s brand new again.
