I did a review for Nikki about 10 months ago for some work she done on my husband's car. My husband and I are truckers and there fore we didn't drive the car as much, however when we did drive we had called her to let her know the check light engine light came back on..long story short, I have been reaching out to her since last week to see if we can take care of the situation before my warranty runs out..WELL SHE HAS BEEN GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND SINCE THEN..I SINCERLY THOUGHT SHE WAS AN UPSTANDING BUSINESS WOMEN WHICH SHE IS NOT!!!! THE FEW TIMES SHE'S DID RESPOND SHE KEEPS SAYING SHE'S ON HER WAY NOW SHE WONT ANSWER MY CALLS OR TEXT.. PLS DO NOT PATRON HER BUSINESS.. I NEED TO SEE HOW I CAN TAKE THIS A STEP FURTHER!!

Just want to thank Nikki and her staff for getting my vehicle running again and on short notice. They explained the problem and fixed the issue timely and at a fair price. Her honesty has gained her business a new customer. Thanks again and I'll definitely be back in the future.

This company called my company about a police impound that's not theirs wanted to argue about bill also this company will have ur car towed to their house shop and won't even pay their tow bills be warned if u use them pay your own to bill so your vehicle doesn't end up impounded too
