John is our salesman and he treated us VERY well. We live in Pulaski, NY and the drive to east Utica was 1 hour & 20 mins. I genuinely wish they had a store in Syracuse or someplace north. The deal was well worth the drive! This outfit is amazingly professional. Everything is clean and well maintained with being wasteful on poshness. Their selection of vehicles is amazing. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! I purchased a 2024 Genesis gv80 for my wife here. they were very nice at the beginning. We made the deal on Monday I overnighted my credit union check they received it the next day. At that point I assumed they would do paperwork and close the purchase that day. I also sent a text to my salesman Jose which was great and kept me in the loop at all times. I asked him for a walk around video and current photos of the vehicle. He did but went to manager Dan and told him of the damages. I did not know that Dan was already trying to delay the sale process because he knew of the damage and he wanted to wait until my credit union check cleared so we could not cancel the deal. This was done deliberately so we could not cancel. This entire deal was done as a online purchase sale

I spent today car shopping for my wife, traveling to almost every dealership in CNY—from Herkimer to New Hartford. We ultimately chose a BMW X7 after Jose spent the entire day answering our questions without ever being pushy. He was super helpful, respectful, and kind. They even let us take the X7 for a test drive while we visited other dealerships to compare our options.
