We are so pleased with Nippon! Our son attends U of A and needed to have his AC unit worked on. JoAnn was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions, and repaired the unit quickly. On top of all this, the price was VERY fair! We definitely recommend working with Nippon Motor Service!

My experience at Nippon Motor Service was great. I called to scheduled an appointment to get everything on my 2006 Lexus checked out and topped off in preparation for a road trip and the whole process went smoothly. They were able to get me scheduled within the week and they have a comfortable waiting room with coffee, cool live plants, plenty of reading material and soft classical music playing in the background, it was honestly rather relaxing. The office person (already forgot the name, sorry!) was super nice, knowledgeable and conversational about the checkup findings. The whole appointment ended up being around $40 which seemed fair especially since everything on the Lexus is encased in plastic and tricky to tackle for the amateur mechanic (me). A friend referred me to Joann, owner of Nippon. They only service Japanese autos, so they know their “ stuff”. Their work is well done and I have taken my CRV there for several years for routine maintenance and repairs. As a widowed grey hair, confidence in Nippon has made my life easier! Thanks Joann.

First experience here and I got a pre-purchase inspection. Best $100 I've spent, I was excited for a new used car and they caught lots of major issues that would have put me way over budget had I gone through with the purchase. Inspection took about 1.5 hrs and the report was very detailed and had cost estimates for everything.
