Absolutely fantastic service. Showed up last minute, without a appointment, having to get my front breaks done. Already had the pads and rotors purchased. They were able to get me in fast and have me done by 1 in the afternoon. No surprises or needless "upgrades" they gave me a price (which was cheaper then any ither person i had gotten quotes from) before doing any work, and stuck to it. Al was nice and had fantastic customer service. Will definitely be our main mechanics from now on.

Al is a class act. I've gone to him for numerous quotes and he's always had fair pricing or provided places where the work could be done if he was unable. Recently, he took time to answer my questions on a project I had been doing on my own. He was incredibly thorough and went above and beyond for me despite not being a customer. Incredibly helpful, a wealth of information, and did all of this free of charge despite me offering multiple times to compensate him for his time. Overall wonderful and honest business, for my more complicated projects I will not hesitate to return.

I had to get my car vent switched out- I am a beginner driver and do not have much knowledge in cars- Al helped me and explained to me where I need to go to get my parts, the next day he said I could come and he would put it in my car. It took him all around 5 minutes and he did not charge me. They are friendly, efficient, honest and all around hard working people.

I had a guy I went to before that closed. I've been looking for somewhere new that I could trust and would do a good job. This place is it! I don't get overcharged and he does a great job. He makes me feel like I'm in a small town where we can trust people again and he doesn't talk down to me because I'm a woman. My husband used to go somewhere else in SSP but I told him Nipps is where we are both going from now on. I want someone that I feel is honest.
