Nissan Brandon Service Center

The Brandon Nissan service waiting room is a dump. This place is nasty, you may come with any disease. There is one TV and it is programmed to the Family Feud program only. There was a reason why, I stopped coming to this Nissan. The service department doesn't ever know the service special offers. I may have to switch the West Dale Mabry location. It's a cleaner space and service-oriented.

Brandon Nissan is the only place I take my 2021 Rogue. They are pleasant to deal with in person and on the phone. The service is efficient and thorough. They have always been accommodating to my schedule. Will keep using them as long as I have a Rogue.

Richard is my go-to Customer Service rep at Nissan, Service Center. He is always watching out for me, helps keep my car in great condition, and is an excellent advisor. I really appreciate his advice and concern for my safety and well-being on the road. He is an example of what it means to be a compassionate servant leader.
