Dealing with Nissan Finance has been an incredibly frustrating experience. We have been trying for seven months to transfer our lease from Washington to California, and it seems like no one there actually knows how to complete the process. They have told us five different times that the necessary documents were sent, yet nothing ever arrives. Because of this, we haven’t been able to use the car since August. Every time I call, I get a completely different answer depending on who picks up the phone. No one seems to have the correct information, and the process never moves forward. If you want to avoid stress and endless headaches, think twice before getting into a lease with Nissan Finance. If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would. Nissan listas a broken car back in november. They have had the car in their possession since november. We have been forced to make payments on a car that we don't even possess.And have not driven since november. CLIFF BUSH and the resolution team at nissan are dragging their feet on a repurchase agreement. it has been almost two weeks since we have heard from them.Last. Not even so much as an email or a phone call with updates on the situation. Do not buy a nissan vehicle! I will never own another one as long as I live. The resolution team are not human beings, because I have called to complain multiple times about this situation.And it falls on deaf ears.

I’m currently dealing with NMAC on wrongful pre repossession on my car I purchased May 2025 and been making payments faithfully until recently attempting to make my January payment and kept rejecting my payment when the funds is in there which has been confirmed with my bank and the account information correct . I contacted Nissan and they told me they closed my account and my car up for repossession due to they haven’t received payment since July 2025 . My Monthly statements has not been showing past due payments and NMAC definitely have not reached out to me via phone email or mail stating they have not been getting their payments if that was the case then why the vehicle wasn’t picked up last year and why I wasn’t notified . I don't want even recommend my worse enemy to buy Nissan. My car transmission getting problem in 30,000 miles within warranty and instead of fixing it they blame me because of my coffee spell in vehicle. I still want to go with them. But I don't think so, because of their customer service and product I can go long with this company.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this company for financing. I paid on a vehicle for EIGHT YEARS. NEVER LATE. Did I ask for a few extensions? Yes! I was in and out of the hospital and once for 4 months! I nearly died. Still? NEVER LATE. When it came to the end of my loan they threw a lump sum at me and demanded it at once asap. I was by then on disability and a very fixed income. They reported me negatively to the credit bureau. Yes it took me a couple of months to pay the huge amount ..but I paid it. And 8 years of on time pmts down the drain. Ruined my credit. Plus I called them for TWO MONTHS "we're sorry there is no one available to take your call, please call another day" in JULY & AUGUST...not even a holiday!!! They suck and could care less about their customers. Take my advice...go
