Nissan of Cool Springs Service Center

Had some recommendations I declined. Unsatisfied with service. Told there is a hose loosening at radiator and will need radiator replaced. Picked car up Friday evening drove 1st time Tuesday morning. It’s smoking from under hood and heat is not heating up in car. Got home lifted hood and engine is all wet. How ironic it’s doing this after service recommendations that I declined not to do Friday and when I called and sen the above pictures to service advisor told nothing they can do after he talked to tech that serviced car. It was heating and not spurring fluid all over engine engine was completely dry took pics and sent to advisor this morning there is a hose completely hanging from radiator. Was not like that before I took car in. Car was not smoking from under hood nor was entire engine

Our Service Advisor, Mac, was excellent. He took the time to explain the timing and process with me, and checked in with me to see if I needed a ride somewhere while waiting. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Nissan of Cool Springs Service Center. We dropped our vehicle off to have the brakes serviced and decided to purchase new tires while it was there. We waited five hours for the work to be completed. When we got home, we realized they had installed the wrong tires on our vehicle. We brought the car back the following business day and spent the entire day waiting again for the correct tires to be installed. Not only did we receive no apology from the service manager, but he actually seemed irritated by the situation. His main concern appeared to be that he “did not know what to do with these tires because he could not sell them as new,” rather than taking responsibility for the mistake. Purchased my car here. Then, have I visited this top service center for 6 plus years. Some new friendly faces of staff, new mgr and same pro technicians with busier businesses as I see recently. Mark, just retired mgr, was great with my routine and recommended services, working friendly, reliably and cooperatively in almost works done here. Appointments will help easy service done affordably.

Had an appointment and told them I would wait. They made no effort to give a time estimate. There is a window in the waiting area and I was able to watch them take their time and leisurely service my car. I also watched it sit without being touched for 45 minutes. The service advisor told me they did it very efficiently and that it was an average time for this type of maintenance. I have been to this place 80 or 90 times over the years and they took longer doing everything and were more disingenuous than any previous time. When I left my tire pressure warning light came on that my tires were eight pounds inflated. I tried to call the service advisor but their “new phone system” did not allow me to speak with anybody.
