Nissan of Corinth Service Center

If i could give this place half a star i would. If you only have to use them once theyre good. But when the problem isnt fixed and you have to go back again dont expect them to reach out about your issues or when theyre done. Youll have to call them and get some excuse or delay then the following week its totally different. Ill go to Tupelo or Alabama before using this place ever again.

Service has been great. Faith picks up my vehicle at my work or my wife’s work to get serviced and then drops it back off. We are on our 3rd vehicle purchased from Corinth Nissan and service has been great for all 3.

The last visit I took my truck to get an oil change, and I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Charles. Let me just say, this man was so kind and charismatic. I thought to myself “Wow, if only there were more people in this world like Mr. Charles the world would be a better place”. I knew I was in good hands with him. I even asked him why he wasn’t in the sales department selling cars. Because if he were, that’s the man I would go to everytime! But he assured me he loved working in customer service and taking care of people. I just wanted to take a minute to brag on him because he definitely deserves it.

Best service center in North Mississippi! They’re quick, friendly, and I don’t know who that manager is but he kinda cute. Definitely take your vehicle here if you need a reliable place to service your vehicle!

Ran in to Faith and she knows that my wife and me have busy schedules. She was explaining how the Nissan at home program worked where she can come to my wife's work pick up the vehicle and bring it back to her or bring it to our home, whatever is the best for our busy lives, I think she's a great asset to the Corinth auto group team !!!!
