Great appointment today at Ft Pierce Nissan! My service tech Kevin, was happy to take the time to answer my questions and make me feel welcome. I found him to be professional and knowledgeable. Kudos to Ft Pierce Nissan for having people like Kevin representing their company.

Every time I come to get the oil changed, they mess up my dashboard.I have to go back twice on the same day.

I've never had a car dealership try to sell a car that is a year old with 11 miles with a discount of $2,000, and then try to convince me that there was $2,000 required for maintenance. This embodies the shady car salesman stigma that existed forever. However I drove up the street and paid $2,000 less for a better Nissan. Avoid this place for the cancer it is. This is also the same year Nissan lost 4.5 milan dollars.

I was not expecting to walk out with a vehicle, my initial plan was to just look around, but Christopher ( what a great salesman ) showed me this beautiful Nissan Altima SR (Grey exterior/ leather seats … ) . He gave me the keys for a test ride and the vehicle was shifty and smooth something that made me want it even more. When it came to the paperwork He walked me though all details he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need he was in fact straight forward. Overall I experienced great service (everyone there was chill ) and would recommend Christoper for anyone look for a vehicle.

2 of the writer gave me a bad treat. 1. They charge me for oil change and rotation. I notes they did not rotate my tires. The services manager ordered them to do it right. 2. That offer shutter fort transportation. The writer said they don’t do it any more, but they announce the services. I have to speak whit the service manager who confirm that they still do it. 3. One lady interrupt when I was speaking whit the writer, she said that was a costumer waiting, The writer let me by my self without any word. she forgot I was costomer too.”I guess because im a Hispanic costomer” 4. They offer car wash, they never done it even if I ask them. I have to tell them again when I’m ready to take my car and wait 30 more minutes, plus the 3 hour that they was supposed to be enough for a simple oil cha
