Nissan Of Las Cruces Service

The Nissan Las Cruces service department has been taken care of all of my Families vehicles since they were new. Two of my Adultkids came into town for Christmas and Marcelino squeezed them in Without an appointmentand performed everything that was needed for their 90,000 mile checkup quickly and kept me informed of the progress. The vehicles are running much smoother now and getting better gas mileage also. Both my son and my daughter Noticed the difference that the services he performed made. I try to teach my kids That taking care of their vehicles will make them last longer and have fewer repairs In the long run. I scheduled an appointment online to address a radio static issue and for advice on a warranty notice form the manufacturer. When I arrived, I was informed by William that I should not use the online scheduler to schedule appointments and that I need to call instead. William stated that he was going to try and help me out since I came from a neighboring town for service. William was able to locate the parts to handle the warranty issue. William agreed that they would try and diagnose the radio static. He also informed me that it would take a while. Everything was going fine at this point. I understand their position and appreciate that they were able to work with me. Then things started going downhill from there from a service perspective. Stop in to purchase camshaft sensor for bank A other auto part stores had several to choose from, but would not fit. The camshaft sensor for bank b was not an issue. The difference between auto part store and dealer? 140.00. showroom was clean and was greeted right away.
