Nissan of Midland Service

They sold me a damaged car, they don't want to help me solve the problem, I was deceived with a vehicle that they claimed to be working well when in reality it is defective I do not recommend them this dealer

I had the worse experience towards fixing my vehicle in Odessa Texas .. There’s a guy named Rivera Morales R and He is the worst person towards communication. He told me my vehicle was gonna be done in a few days which I respect that time manner towards fixing vehicles.. I would call and text him and no response and it got to the point that I had to go to the store and see what was going on. Thursday 9/18/2025 he call me up and told me to give him one more day and Friday the vehicle is gonna be done and never call me. Today 9/20/2025 i call Nissan for an up date and the vehicle was done on Friday and to top it off this dude Rivera didn’t work today. His the worst person that you can trust towards your vehicle.. The service department saved my holiday. I was traveling through Texas and my engine was having major issues. I came in expecting the worse and my advisor Dana took me in and put me at ease. The manager Nick, got involved and got his technicians working on the truck and assured me they would do everything possible to get me back on the road. They delivered! This team went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you guys!

After 3 tries here, the last was definitely THE last for us. Took our Pathfinder to get all new brakes as the “official” Nissan service center I thought I could trust them and they would have my parts. December 19 I called before I came. Told him my vehicle and what I wanted done and he said I could come in now. Fast forward sitting there literally waited almost 3 hours in the waiting room just to be told they didn’t have any of my parts and would have to order and come back and do the long wait all over again. If that wasn’t bad enough, I stupidly agreed to pay for the parts since I had so much time already invested. 3 days later I called to check and was told the parts weren’t in but they would call when they did. Fast forward to Dec 28 and I just drove up and demanded my money back. Was
