I had a great experience at this Nissan service center. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. They clearly explained the service my car needed and answered all of my questions. The team worked efficiently and kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciated their honesty and transparency about the work being done and the pricing. Overall, the service was excellent and my car came back running great. I highly recommend this service center for their knowledgeable staff and quality service.

I took my car in for a diagnose because it had some sensor issues. I was kind of hesitant because I have had very bad experiences with them before. Once I get there I spoke with Jamie one of the advisors she explained everything, I have to leave my car. Jamie called me a few hours later and told me the issues and discuss pricing. I found it costly decided to go pick up my car. When I get there once again Jamie takes her time in explaining everything in detail. I tell her that I would like to fix the car but the pricing is the issue. She went above and beyond for me, she gets the manager Tom to speak with me. Tom as well explained in detail what had to be done, and that he could work with me. I decided to get my repairs done since the pricing was reasonable. Tom and Jamie are exceptional. T

Raybel was my agent for today I came in for just an oil change with limited funds but I needed a few things that need to be done on my car. But with the assistance of Raybel’s knowledge to service me the customer I would have been stuck. Since I brought this car last year I have been to this location 3 times and have gotten the best service ever. I was always told that the dealership will take all your money and you still have the problem. I beg to differ I’m very pleased. Thank you so much Raybel for all your help.

Nissan of Queens Parts & Services are the 👌 best the workers at Nissan are very professional and they treat me like family. The manager is a great guy, and he will work with you throughout your problems. I will continue to come to Nissan of Queens.

DO NOT COME HERE !!! Never buying a car from nissan again. These people dont even know what theyre are doing. Im there to do an oil change they asking me what kind of oil change? Like obviously the same one I always get or the one the car uses. NEW EMPLOYEES ARE NEEDED HERE. No one here is doing theyre job correctly. Cashiers are asking for an ID so I can pay using MY DEBT CARD. This is insane. Do not come here yall. You might as well go to Family Nissan everyone is very friendly over there. Do not waste your money and time here. Will never buy a nissan from this place again.
