Nissan Of Westbury Service

Been coming here for years with three different Nissans. I’ve always received great, and prompt, service. They even wash my car whenever I’m here. I dealt with Sabirah for the first time today and it was a five star experience. Thank you Westbury Nissan.

Jonathan in Service and his Manager were kind and approachable. Most importantly they understood the urgency for my car to be serviced and they helped EXPEDITE all the work on my car to be completed by the end of the day. Everyone including the valet who took me home while I waited for the completion of the work were caring and compassionate, very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I hope the team continues and keeps up the great work and also continues to understands how important their role is within the community. We as customers rely heavily on our vehicles and their position is 100% vital in ensuring all necessary work on our cars is completed within a certain duration of time . I will also highlight how important the customers experience is when coming to the nissan westbury service

Not satisfied at all! Car was incorrectly measured for gas, said there was 7/8 tank, but less than half. Garbage was found under front passenger seat. MOST IMPORTANTLY…. Car registration was OUT OF DATE!!! Loaner was given to me on 10/9/25 and registration expired 9/25.

Booked appointment for service and got refused by the door. I will make sure Nissan management get involve with this situation. And thank you for not answering your phones **tried to call Gm Peter base on his response. 3 different call 3 different times call transferred and or call dropped. I think this is a good example what service you willl get

1st time visited this location and was satisfied with the work. One thing to point out that they are closed on Sundays and since the are not next to the Nissan dealership in Westbury you won't be able to pick up your vehicle on a Sunday.
