Worst Experience Ever at Nissan Distribution Center (Irving, TX) I showed up at 7:00 AM to deliver a load and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any facility. The older man working the gate or dock gave me instructions to back into a specific dock, unhook, and move my tractor to the side which I did exactly as he said. Two hours later, he came back acting like he never told me that and started gaslighting me, asking why I was backed in and insisting he never said that. Meanwhile, other drivers who arrived hours after me were getting unloaded in less than 30 minutes, while I sat there for over 7 hours waiting to get unloaded. The whole situation was disorganized, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. I honestly think the gentleman might not be mentally fit to handle

The job itself isn’t bad nor hard, but the management is terrible the floor supervisors are very unprofessional and rude at most times, try to make you do more than what you have to or should, heavy parts are in areas where you have to climb and try not to fall or have anything fall on you, will not acknowledge the fact some will break their backs or work through breaks to keep them happy, and it’s just so much other things I could go on about. Favoritism is a big thing also.

Need to be there on time no place for 10-hour break no overnight parking.
