Nissan Service and Parts Center

A piece of advice to anyone seeking service at SB Nissan or probably any other one. Google all the services they are offering you that they say are necessary and you should’ve done it last appointment. There are things you can do yourself. YouTube. Or delay it for many of thousand of miles.

Currently, I am experiencing a longer than expected wait time for service at this Nissan dealership. Despite having an appointment, I have been waiting for over 4.5 hours, which is significantly longer than the initially estimated 2.5 hours. The system appears to be disorganized, which has led to some confusion. For instance, the technician assigned to my vehicle was momentarily unaccounted for, leading to a delay in receiving updates on the status of my service. While I did receive some information via text, the overall communication has been less than satisfactory. I am left wondering about the cause of the extended wait time. Jacky is an amazing service advisor. Brought my Nissan leaf in for warranty repair and she was able to get me into a loaner vehicle. She kept me informed the whole time.

Everyone acted like leisure day 😭 Waited 20 minutes for help and I had an appointment. Also waited 10 minutes for someone to give me my keys and point out my car after services. New management but similar service to old management. Still need to work on better customer service 😣

Horrible work done on cars. Sometimes no work done when they say they did. The service staff were friendly and the driver was great. But the people that worked on my car didn't do the job properly. One time they didn't even touch my car, I looked at the level of antifreeze and it was at minimum. Another time they didn't install my tires properly. The nuts were not even hand tight. My cars transmission also gave out at 72k miles and it was a known problem where Nissan would pay for it. They said "my cars VIN wasn't showing up for the service" even though it was the year and model on the list of cars.
