Nissan Service Center

I had a terrible experience at Gunn Nissan Service Center. After picking up my car, I noticed a loud noise and discovered they hadn’t screwed back a screw properly. When I called the mechanic, he denied responsibility, even though he was the only one who worked on my car. They also always claim they need to keep cars for 4 hours to half a day, yet still manage to mess things up. On top of that, they tried to upsell me unnecessary services, which my trusted mechanic later confirmed were just attempts to rip me off. It’s clear this place rushes through servicing vehicles, leaving critical issues behind, and then refuses to take accountability. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!

Worst service and zero accountability for their mistakes. Came in with a bad battery in july. Waited 3 hrs for a new one and then 3 month later im back. My truck wouldnt start with my 6 and 13 yr old girls with this texas weather. They didnt replace it last time, just charged it. Came the next morning and manager (who i dealt with last time) never said sorry or anything. Now its been 2 hours and im still here. The first hour was just them testing it according to them. This is pathetic! No point and time did they even try to make me feel like nissan had my back as a customer. Not even the GM would returm my calls or texts about this situation.

The past few times I've had to take my cars there, I've had to take them back because of "bad parts" they replaced. Customer service from reps is great, but mechanics apparently don't take their time to cross their Ts and dot their I's.

I waited until the work was done before I posted and have to say I had a great experience at the service center. Everyone was kind and attentive. My issue was fixed and my service center consultant was super kind and helpful. I know I was a handful, calling with a ton of questions and he was always responsive with information. He called daily to give me updates on the status of my repair and was patient. I know most people have small service items but mine was large and took days to complete so I was especially anxious and they handled me and my car with care. I will be returning for any further issues that I may encounter.
