Alan Webb Nissan is not a place I would recommend. In fact, I would recommend that you stay away from this place. I took my car in for a simple transmission flush, and within 50 miles after getting it back, it broke down. Because this is a Nissan CVT transmission, there's probably a 50% chance it had a preexisting issue that was exacerbated by the fluid exchange - but I don't know. This is not my reason for the bad review. They earned the bad review for their attitude toward me when I called them about the problem (offering to do a code scan for another $209) and the fact that one of their technicians dropped a socket into the engine compartment and didn't bother to retrieve it. I guess the attitude was "Oh well, it's probably not going to affect anything if I leave it there." Would you tr

Alan Webb Nissan performed a faulty repair on my vehicle when I brought it in for a recall and I have been experiencing issues ever since. Another local Nissan dealership was recently able to identify that the problem I am having is a direct result of the recall work not being completed correctly. Alan Webb is refusing to take responsibility and on top of the $500 I've spent over the past two years, it's now going to cost me $3000 to fix the root cause due to their negligence. Something is wrong with how your business is run if you can't/wont stand behind your work. Not looking forward to taking them to small claims court but it's the last resort to get the money I am owed (I have documented proof of what happened). Do not go here to get your car serviced.

We took our Nissan Altima 2019 here recently for a transmission fluid change, oil change and inspection. We ended up needing a lot of other maintenance things done after the inspection. The process was really easy and convenient. We were able to make contact with them online or by phone. We scheduled an appointment for the car a brought it in and they worked on it as soon as they got it (no extra waiting). They texted me when the scheduled work was done. Since the inspection showed that we needed additional maintenance we were able to look at pictures of the dirty filters and other things that they looked at online with the price and check off all of the things we wanted done. I had them talk me through it on the phone, too, and they were really helpful. Once the car was ready for pickup w

Less than 3,000 miles on my 2025 frontier, and was hardly cranking when trying to start. Called service center to schedule appointment ASAP. They said nearest appointment is 2 weeks out; Fine, but I need a working vehicle. I had AutoZone test the battery.. turns out the battery was faulty. Bought a new battery and kept the old one so I could bring it to the service center appointment so they could test it, and at least reimburse/ provide a new battery. They told me since it's not IN the vehicle and replaced by them, it's not covered. So if you buy a new out of the factory Nissan, and your battery goes out, Nissan would rather you call their roadside assistance, tow the truck to their shop, have you wait two weeks, then replace your battery. These batteries are supposed to last 5 years. Th

I just went there to charge my nissan leaf and it would of been great but their fast charger was out of order and the other 2 were falling apart. It was late so no one was their so I can't say anything about anything else.
