Fantastic. Kept me informed and got my extended warranty information from the dealership (Kia) on Groton that Kia didn’t get it! Nissan of Norwich was amazing!

When Julie was the manager her stuff in the front desk of the service department was always nice.the front desk of the service department treated me this past month with so much disrespect is not even funny , this guy name (Eric) was extremely disrespectful to the point that the 4,600 hundred dollars i spend it was handle with the manager name Robert. What a gentlement and kind guy is the manager, if it wasn’t for him I’ll probably end up being away more mad. Eric raised his voice in a very disrespectful manner many many timens making remarks about of what he said to me when he made at the end of october an stimade of my car repairs and when he forgot to wash the car as i asked or forgot to finnished the job on t

Things have greatly improved from a yr back.

Sold me an obvious defective set of tires. One of the tires had a sidewall blow out. Nissan contacted the manufacturer regarding the defect, and they reimbursed that tire. Now, another tire has a bubble in the sidewall, and the others are all wearing fast and uneven. These were tires purchased on the recommendation of the service counter staff and the service manager at the time (all of which have since been fired). The current service team are blaming all the defects on a bad alignment (they did a 4 wheel alignment when I bought the tires). They refuse to swap out the tires that we've only had for a year, even at a pro-rated cost.
