Nissan Vero Beach Service

I am so impressed with the service!! Everyone there are so helpful, even when it's not their job, they will make sure you are taken care of. I am so happy I choose them to buy my car from. To top it all, they play Christian FM while you are waiting, my favorite music!!!

The entire team is ready to provide you with the help you need. When other dealerships turn you down and tell you your purchase can't be completed, they look into every option to ensure you leave with the car of your dreams. Go and ask for my good friends Christian (Sales) and Nick (Finance Manager).

Do NOT trust the service department. The recommended and so called Critical recommended services are not necessary. They told me I needed front brake pads and rotor resurface and it was "CRITICAL "" I ALMOST took out a loan to get this done. They also showed me a photo of a filter that looked pretty bad..funny, I went to Saint Lucie bettery and tire, they inspected my brakes...they do not need service! I was told" like new condition " That filter, looked fine too. Did not resemble the photo I was shown from dealership. Go to Honest people, not this service department...sorry I ever bought a car from this place.

I just purchased my third Nissan Murano and I love them so much! This is my first time purchasing from Nissan of Vero Beach and I was happy with my purchase. The general sales manager Jonathan was helpful and came through when I needed a little assistance with a few things with my tires and the customer service representative Donna was also very helpful with following through to make sure my needs were met and lastly the service team really did an amazing job and were so kind and understanding which really helped make my experience a 10 out of 10. We were traveling home and was experiencing car trouble our car was in limp mode and could not go more then 50 mph it was getting late and we just stopped at Nissan of Vero Beach the closest to our location parked and walked in we were met by few Nissan employees who were very helpful we had to stay over night at a hotel n return the following morning for diagnostic tests so we did after several hours the mechanic there came out And said he had found the problem and was able to fix it and he did ! We made it home in our 2022 Nissan Rogue thank you for your help and wonderful customer service !
