Great family owned business. Absolutely best experience at a locally owned business I’ve had for years. I’ve been driving past this place for 30 years and had no idea they were a Stihl parts and repair shop. Unbelievable amount of products they can work on. If you like supporting local business, this is the place to be. 10/10.

Good prices, friendly people. Work took longer than expected as they have a long waiting list, but ended up being less expensive than the estimate and my Jonsred chainsaw now runs better than it ever has. Worth the wait.

Did a solid job on repairing a newer mower. The wait time was a little long but that is understandable as they are a busy shop. Having plenty of business is a good sign that they are reputable and do a good job.
