Super disappointed in the service here. Was recommended this place by 2 trusted friends. Dropped my car off with a video of the issue, didn’t hear back from the shop for a week, finally called in to see why and was informed that they couldn’t find the issue and had driven the car multiple times and it was fine. Agreed to come in at noon to test drive with a mechanic to see if I could make the issue appear. Showed up at noon to locked doors and was told that all technicians were on lunch. Left the car for another week, heard nothing back and finally when I went to pick it up they assured me that it was working perfectly and they couldn’t find an issue. I don't understand how you all are going to charge my husband for using his own parts,set aside from the brake hoses you claim his were bad just like the radiator on his dodge and a week later had to come back because he was having the same issues and you told him he needed a thermostat nor do I understand why you don't check a customers vehicle over to ensure no other problems are present not to mention the language barrier between your mechanics and the customer,he was honest and came back after your employee under charged him for the radiator on the Dodge and he did the right thing by coming back,your female desk person was kind shitty towards him the first time my husband dealt with her because he had me on messenger and I could hear everything and her rude tone,we had high hopes for y
