NJ MVC Secaucus Inspection

You really have to admire the people who work outside in such cold weather while dealing with the public—it’s definitely not easy! While waiting in line, I noticed some drivers weren’t prepared or paying attention, which slowed things down. Despite that, the staff handled everything with patience and professionalism, even guiding cars when needed. My vehicle was inspected by Michelle, who greeted me warmly and mentioned that this Secaucus location is a VPP Star worksite. She was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the process. The station itself was clean, well-organized, and clearly well-managed. I honestly wish I could come back sooner! Great job to the whole team—especially Michelle. You all rock!

Great experience.The Lodi inspection station closed. The gentleman helping was giving out pretzels and water. It took less than hour start to finish.

I have been going here for over 10 years and I love it. It's fast and efficient. Customer service has been nothing short of amazing. Unfortunately I couldn't give 5 stars because of my latest visit last week. There were 2 females working the last bay and both were very rude. Both their demeanor and treatment left much to be desired. I won't stop going here, but I hope I never get them again. The location gets an A+, Unfortunately these ladies get an F. As a fellow female, I am disappointed 😞

So fast and so easy. While yes, if you go at peak times you'll wait longer, expect to spend no more than 20-30 minutes here. They've also accepted a digital proof of my insurance both of the times I've been here, which has been a nice plus. This is how government should be run!
