These guys are always friendly. I've been to the shop multiple times to get new tires installed and have always taken care of me. Its nice to have a shop you can count on.

These folks are friendly and professional! I completely lost my tire and they accommodated my tow and worked to get me back on the road. Fair prices highly recommend!!!

The guy that owns the place needs to learn professionalism. Came in so they can take my battery out of my car (no tools and I live right behind them) only initially was suppose to be $30, but if he had to take my car apart to do it it was 100/hr. He’s mad bc he couldn’t get over on me for changing something on a 2005 ford Taurus….the bigger guy is chill and more professional even though he is younger. Won’t be coming here anymore.

I just liked that the guy filled my diesel cans for me and loaded them in my truck. It's like gas stations actually used to be, he even pumps your gas, can fix a tire, or change the oil ...fix it, whatever.. The automotive services you do t have at Wawa and royal farms. It's a fully functioning old time gas station but not about food and restrooms. Good prices. The guy is quiet but fair and works hard. My dad has been going there for 25 years. It's first come first serve for an oil change though no appointments.

What a great interaction!!! While driving to the Outer Banks for our wedding we managed to pick up a chunk of steel in our tire. We stopped here pretty much begging for help. The folks at NKM came to our immediate rescue. They took the damaged tire into the shop and repaired the damaged tire. They proceeded to remove the temporary spare, replaced it in the truck, and put the repaired tire back on my car. All within 10 minutes. That alone would get them a 5 star review!!! When I tried to pay them, they refused payment and said this is our wedding gift to you. They could have charged me any price and I would have gladly paid it, they knew this and graciously gave my wife to be and me one of the greatest gifts we will receive during the happy time of our lives. Human kindness and compassion.
