Our salesman, Chris, was outstanding! We never purchased until our third visit. He never once pressured us to make a decision. That’s why we asked for him in person each time. This was our first purchase for Harley Davidson and he was there to answer any question with honesty, integrity, and a helpful attitude. Steve, the parts department manager, gave us excellent customer service and was equally as helpful. Barbie, the finance manager, was helpful and friendly, and applied no pressure whatsoever. I would recommend purchasing from this dealership and working with these three people! We will not go anywhere else for follow up service or for future purchases

We recently had the pleasure of visiting the Harley-Davidson dealership in Plain City, Ohio. Our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The dealership was well-organized and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were greeted by a knowledgeable sales representative named Nick, who immediately put us at ease with his friendly demeanor. He asked us about our riding preferences and experience, and then showed us the new 2024 Road Glide model. Nick was very patient and took the time to explain all of the new features and upgrades, including the improved engine, suspension, and technology. My buying experience at No Cages was great. Working with Elijah was stress free. I didn't feel any pressure. It took a couple days for me to make up my mind on the bike for me. Closing the deal was easy, and I didn't feel as if I was being ripped off or taken advantage of. That's honestly all I ask for as a buyer! Thanks for taking care of me No Cages!

The folks here were friendly. Although they didn't have the selection that I was looking for they did have some nice clothing and some nice looking bikes. Stay away from the bathroom.
