Best mechanic iv ever did buisness with in my entire life. 150% recommend zack because he is the best price in Columbus & he actually takes pride in his work & is a man of honor. He earned my respect and my trust and will continue to get my buisness from this day forward. He even told me if i broke down on side of road he would be there to get me back rolling. 🫡 They just dont make em like this guy anymore.

Would like to give the guy a good review but as usual he never showed up. We’ve been without a vehicle for another day because of him now. Spoke the day before he was supposed to show yesterday, said he’d be here in the afternoon. I text him about 1pm and he said he was almost done where he was then he was headed my way. Afterwards he never just stopped responding entirely and ignored calls. Seems to be his thing based on prior reviews.

The Transparent Truth: So I recently got a new battery and had it changed... After I changed the battery, my heat/ac complety stopped working 😔..... I searched the good ol YouTube university for any help/post related to this issue, and after all that, I still had no heat/ac 😭.... So I called around and people were charging outrageous prices just to get it diagnosed ($200+) ..... I came across Zach and started reading reviews 🤦🏾‍♂️.... I must say, I was a little hesitant based on some reviews of him not being available or having things to do (that's called life) but decided to give him a try anyway..... I told him the problem and he said he would look at it to see what the issue is and possibly fix it.... I talked to him at around 9:30 am and said he would be here within the hour.....

Something is very wrong with this Zach guy if he's stood up this many people. He no call-no showed me too even though I agreed to meet him at the time HE chose. I called him WELL in advance to schedule a time to look at my car. He didnt show up, didn't pick up his phone 3x. He didn't even have the guts to call and say he wasn't going to show up. Either he's given up on his business or he's independently wealthy and doesn't need to take clients. He ought to chance the name of this company to NOTHING BUT HASSLE.

Got the one star because I can't do zero. Zach said he was going to do a brake job and also another job he didn't even finish at 4pm and then lied about coming, said he had to go to his “friends house” for a machine, then all of a sudden, he got a flat tire. SAID HE WAS STILL GOING TO COME!! Then kept hanging up on me when I called to see if he was still coming out. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Would not recommend. Not to mention, he was told a day beforehand and still took the job. Now, I have to leave out of town with bad brakes because waiting on him, I couldn’t get to someone else. He doesn’t know how to communicate then cry about why he doesn’t have repeat clients. Just saying, if you’re going to be a “one man band” be able to work your schedule and not overbook then not communicate. You ar
