I don't know even where to begin with how to express my sincere gratitude to these wonderful people. From Jenn, to Carl and to the entirety of the No Limit Auto Team, they helped me so very much in my most dire situation. My accident occurred on Christmas Eve, with everyone scrambling to finish their gift shopping. Traffic everywhere, my slight lapse in judgment, cold night, nowhere to turn. A young man named Anthony saw me in dire straits on his dinner break and chose to help me when I thought no one would. He and his partner towed my car to No Limit..... on their dinner break.I mean, it's Christmas Eve, everyone is trying to go home to family, stores closing early. I don't even know where to start with my review. All I can say is that No Limit is the absolute best!!! My Mercedes was t-boned on the driver's side. The insurance company gave me the run around. I found No limit online and read a few reviews and knew instantly that I needed to take my baby there for repairs. And I am so glad that I did. The staff there is amazing!! But I have to give an extra special shout out to Jennifer she is the absolute best!!! She helped me so much from the rental car to the insurance back and forth. She is an absolute gem!! My car looks so good you would have never known how bad it looked before. I am beyond happy. So if you are looking for a place to fix anything on your car please don't hesitate to go to No Limit. They are awesome!!!

Someone T-boned my Nissan Rogue on 2/2/26. My first accident ever. I spoke to Karl the manager and he handled everything! From getting me a replacement car to handling the insurance. Then to have my baby returned to me looking better than ever in a timely manner. No fuss. I never want to be in this position again, but if I have to, this is the place to come to. Thanks to everyone again!

Karl and the entire staff were friendly, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process. They kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and made a stressful situation much easier. When I got my car back, it honestly looked brand new after my accident. The quality of the work was excellent, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this auto body shop.

One of the best experiences I have ever had with customer service , care and quality and professionalism. I got into a minor Collison and was immediately sent by my insurance company to a local auto body shop that works with them. Was told two days later that the vehicle is considered a salvage by my insurance company as well as the auto body shop.
