Eric came out through my AAA service request to replace my battery, and he was outstanding. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He explained everything, worked efficiently, and made the whole process completely stress-free. The service was fast, the work was done right, and his attitude was excellent. This was easily one of the best roadside service experiences I’ve had. Huge thanks to Eric for an amazing job!

I received a text message stating that the technician was five minutes away, so I put on my coat and went to the front to wait. As I was looking out the window, I saw the truck arrive. While I was walking outside and locking the gate, the driver pulled away. I was not outside for five minutes. My neighbor and I had to chase the truck to get it to stop. When I explained that I had just come outside, the technician stated that if the customer is not already outside with the vehicle, they are not required to wait. This was especially concerning given that it was dangerously cold outside. When I pointed out that he had not waited the stated five minutes, he raised his voice, said he did not have to deal with this, returned to his truck, and threw the battery tester inside. Had normal delays due to weather on a Monday afternoon. Ordered for the next day started corresponding with him at 6 AM and by 9 AM still no no truck. In between I received numerous messages that they were 30-40 Minutes away. When I called the first time, they were very nice. The second time I called repeatedly said call back in a few minutes. Call back in a few minutes. Got no response. I did get a call back from somebody and I say who’s calling and they say. Sarcastically you don’t know who you called you called us eight times when I was on hold with Aaa. I told him I don’t give a crap who you’re on hold with I’m the customer. How dare you talk to me that way. Cancel the tow have told Hagerty Insurance about it and hope that someone straightens this clown out. First person I spoke to was

A little late but about a month ago my bf had gotten his car “fixed” from a mechanic. We drove about 3 minutes before the car turned off & wouldn’t run. Sonny came by with his tow truck & took us back to the mechanic. Great service, got there right on time, he was very helpful. I really recommend him!
