Noble Automotive

I took my truck in for a condenser replacement. After driving to norfolk and back I notice my transmission slipping and a burning smell. The next day I noticed my truck was spraying transmission fluid everywhere. The mechanic did not connect the lines properly, nor put them back in the mounting clips. James the owner was very professional about having the issues resolved, and promised he would quality control everything. I wasn't going to write a review, but now that I've inspected the work again myself and found a shop rag left in my intake box(pictures in post) I'm now questioning how thorough that QC was. That rag could've caused even more damage, or worse. I won't be coming back or recommending anyone.

I live less than half a mile away. Called to schedule a state inspection from Monday - Wednesday. No answer at 8 AM -1 PM daily. Showed up early at 7:30 AM to be turned away with no other vehicles in parking lot. Slightly rude and dismissive attitude.

I want to thank Noble for a great job done to my car. I was stranded 700 miles away from home, and they fixed my car. I made it safely home! They came through right on time and gave me a more than fair price. Thank you so much!

Great mechanic work! Had my clutch replaced in my truck and Dave was able to tell me before any work was done how much everything was going to cost down to the penny! Only negative thing I can say is communication back and forth as far as returning phone messages, but very understanding because of how busy they were for after the hurricane. I will bring anything else that needs servicing here and recommend friends also. Thank u for the awesome service! Great mechanic shop!

When I took my car in for one problem, they looked and found it was not that problem but a different much less expensive problem. They found the real problem, fixed it, and didn't overcharge me. The owner seems to be interested in doing the right job and treating his customers with kindness and respect. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will be giving Noble Automotive all my business.
